   These guys are really good. And it’s not just the parody aspect. It’s also how well they depict people desperately and pathetically looking for some sort of meaning in life, of being part of something they perceive as good, and not having the foggiest idea of why or how to do it.

   I should read Hoffer’s The True Believer again.

   I have been tempted many times to send my butthead college lib friends a copy of The True Believer and a small mirror.
