Its hard to fault them on their reasoning. Every time they have tried to debate the issue against a “near pair opponent“ in the past 35 years, they have fared incredibly badly.
With the flameout of the mascist establishment over Dr. George Hotez crab walking away from a challenge to debate Robert F Kennedy, Junior, the entire the left’s noise machine has switched into full gaslighting mode.
After two solid years of being busted using power, instead of fact to shut down debate on issue after issue after issue – on Fomite spread, the Wuhan Lab origin story, on vaccines preventing spread, and on and on – suddenly not only will they not debate, but…

Of course, when you’ve been wrong about climate change guns, transgenderism, welfare, the Soviet Union and pretty much everything else, I suppose avoidance is understandable.
But let’s call this what it is. Gaslighting.

Add the fact that people in the military and in the workplace lost their jobs for refusing to get the vaxx, a cure which did not work but which was required as a condition of employment .

We know the vax was experimental because the people that developed it told us things about it that, it turned out, were simply not true.
As I mentioned in my Walt comment— people like Kennedy whose views aren’t tethered to facts, winning is simply getting attention. When you publicly argue with someone like Kennedy, you’ve already lost.
In an age where truth doesn’t matter and facts are debunked in favor of conspiracy theories and lies, it’s no surprise that someone like Kennedy has caught fire with a segment of the public that would rather believe in someone operating in a separate reality. They believe they were doing noble work in uncovering deeper mysteries, and saving the world from evil.
My point is that delusion takes many forms, and affects good, intelligent people. The lure of the sacred knowledge, and the specialness that comes with it, is really intoxicating.
People who question whether American vaccine policy is Good Public Policy do have facts, you just don’t like them.
Fact: no vaccine is entirely, completely, totally safe for all people in all situations.
Fact: society has decided the risk of harm to few is outweighed by the benefit to the rest and mandated vaccines for participation in society (entering school).
Fact: society recognizes an obligation to the injured and compensates them for the damage they suffered through the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.
Fact: injuries caused by the Covid ‘vaccine’ are not coverd by the Vaccine fund because the Covid ‘vaccine’ is not a “vaccine” in the traditional sense of the use as it does not confer immunity.
Fact: the Covid ‘vaccine’ is a ‘countermeasure’ which may have some helpful effect – like Vitamin D or hot chicken soup – but may also cause injuries which are compensated through the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program.
Those are all facts, easily verified and not in dispute.
Base on those facts, it is legitimate to ask whether American vaccine policy is Good Public Policy, and whether adding the Covid countermeasure to the mix is wise.
Big Pharma doesn’t want to have that conversation. Deep State regulatory government doesn’t want to have that conversation. That’s understandable – they have an extremely profitable revolving door relationship in which none of the insider winners are ever held responsible for the suffering they caused to the masses. His opinions regarding vaccines are as close to universally rejected by the global scientific and medical community as you can get. Yes, you can find “flat earthers” in any profession. But vaccines have been around since the 18th Century now [Edward Jenner anyone?] with literally billions of recipients. This is as large of a data base that you ever see in science.
