Mission Creepy

I used to think DFLers merely counted on voters being ignorant.

I was young and naive.

They actively promote ignorance:

Senator Morrison is an M.D, so she certainly isn’t stupid. She must know that the imponderably vast majority of those “children”. are boys aged 14+ who are involved in crime, mostly murdered by other young men like themselves, likewise started on the wrong path bright and early in life.

She must know that the only things that actually work to prevent that sort of carnage are:

  • Using the sentencing enhancements for gun crimes that so helped in cleaning up New York City thirty years ago – the type that Mike Freeman and John Choi never use on criminals of any age, and that Mary Moriarty hahahahahahaha I can’t even finish the sentence with a straight face.
  • Intervening with youth at risk of going into The Life.

Certainly she’s had this shown to her. There’s no way that hasn’t happened.

So she’s counting on promoting ignorance.

Look for a lot of that this session.

  1. PLUS, many of these “studies” include people up to 19 years old as “children.”

Control for poc gang bangers** and its still falls and drowning killing children.

**This of course will not happen as it would force the left to admit that the poc/vibrant youths in dhimmicrap run cities (usually for the past 50+ years) are killing each other over nikes.

  2. Saving lives isn’t their goal, just like the greenie weenies don’t have saving the planet as their endgame, it’s about control.

In this case disarming citizens to make them subjects.

  3. I read through the comments to that tweet….out of everyone, including mitch, only one man had the guts to say it out loud:

    Replying to
    @Morrison4MN and @nytimes
By children you mean black criminals over the age of 14.

Take blacks out of the equation, and *poof* the problem just evaporates. It’s not a gun problem, and everyone knows it. But no one, certainly not a Conservative™ legislator, has enough testicular fortitude to just say it. Instead y’all just tap dance around it.

  4. Was scrolling through her account, and came across this:

    Kelly Morrison

Wonderful to see the amazing Colleen Ronnei to talk about our bill to get naloxone in schools. I’m so grateful for this incredible advocate. We’re excited to try to get this done this year!
    #ForAHealthyThrivingMinnesota

#ForAHealthyThrivingMinnesota? You have to put emergency opioid overdose meds in schools, and that’s heathy and thriving, and she’s excited…. jfc these people are a fucking plague on civilization, I swear.

And she represents the zip codes with more super wealthy people than anywhere else in the state. Y’all are just screwed.

  5. im man enough to admit when i was wrong
senator morrison and her fellow democrats were right
it was a mistake to let negros have firearms

and considering the whole welfare poverty affirmative action reparations movement is working out
the idea of going to war to free the slaves is looking pretty stupid as well

okay so whats the plan to straighten things out
    stop and frisk only
add a racial ban on gun possession
or are we going full bore back to the plantation

  6. Curious. Don’t you ever get tired of being shocked that Democrats are cynical nihilists who are only interested in playing on the emotions of an ignorant and/or stupid electorate to retain power?

  7. Blade will laugh, because he knew, while I hoped it wasn’t so, but our democratic republic is gone, as in gonzo, all the way down the drain. Not because of this thread, but the latest news.

Not gonna end well for anyone.

  8. Embarassed that I went to the same K-12 school as Morrison and Phillips (and Dayton and Franken)

  9. Kinlaw, there are just too many headlines out there that are applicable. To which one in particular are you referring?

  10. The J6 Daddy Issues Committee has sent criminal referrals to the DOJ for Trump and a few others. A DC court would convict Trump of being Hitler resurrected from the grave, tho the case is laughable in the extreme and in a fair and honest court would get thrown out as soon as defense said “motion to dismiss”.

    United Banana Republic of America..

  11. Last week Ben Shapiro wrote an article in some outlet or other where he said that we now have two constitutions. To summarize & also expand a bit on what Shapiro wrote, we have the old, traditional constitution with a bill of rights that protects individual liberties and where the government has negative rights, and where the constitution allows the federal government limited powers.
And we have a new constitution that is about 180 degrees from the old constitution. This new constitution is goal oriented (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) rather than process oriented, and rights are accorded to groups rather than individuals. The federal government then has open ended powers to insure these goals are met.
The new constitution is built on the 14th amendment, esp. it’s “due process” and “equal protection” clauses.
So the first amendment that guarantees freedom of speech and freedom of religion, and the second amendment’s right to bear arms are gone. Your individual right to free speech, to practice your religion, and to own a firearm are actually bad because they act at cross purposes to DEI goals.
So I can see Blade’s point about the old Republic being gone. I am not going to defend Putin. Putin is not a believer in our original meaning of the constitution. But the “Western values” we are supposed to be championing by supporting Ukraine may not be the Western values you are thinking of.

  12. If Morrison is really a doctor, the Board of Medical Practice should pull her license for spreading disinformation. As far as the January 6 committee, the referral is a political stunt. If the DOJ had evidence to indict it would have happened already.

  13. Here’s the NIH from 2016. You only get to “worst cause of death” being guns when you lump together homicide and suicide and then do NOT lump together other injury-related deaths.

    https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6637963/

But that noted, OK, we do have an awful lot of youth murders with homicides, led by a huge portion that is drug or gang related in a time when policing has fallen on hard times and the criminals who kill people are free to commit crimes instead of in jail where they belong. Seems to me that there is a straightforward fix to this.

  14. Bill C……me, too! Was in the same class as Kelly. Well, what do you expect from a cake-eating, silver spoon liberal, who has most likely never experienced any really crime or criminal violence. Not to mention our graduation class had less that 5% of students who were black…yeah, B**** school teaches everything, except common sense and a huge does of reality……

  16. Bill C & Starbuck;
Your comments, especially yours, Starbuck, illustrate the generational elitist mindset. People like Kelly went to private schools and I’m betting that their offspring are, too. They can’t possibly send their precious kids to the public screwels with the unwashed masses, yet they tail against charter schools.

  17. The J6 committee was a farce, a place for outraged degenerates to vent their spleens and pound their tiny fisties.

I wish the corrupt DJ would take it up, but their referral is going nowhere, because it would incite outright rebellion.

The Dempanic proved that at least 1/2 of the country can be easily pacified, but that’s not enough to guarantee conquest. Still too many armed White men to risk it.

  18. Having a more difficult time than usual getting around the article’s paywall, so I am going by metadata.
It seems like the author is using the usual strategy: define the goal first, then manipulate the evidence (or downright lie) to achieve the predetermined goal. This is a problem throughout the social sciences, where the outcome of the research is determined before the research is begun: the task of the researcher is to devise a research method that will return data that supports the pre-determined conclusion.
“Let’s try comparing groups by zip code . . . didn’t work, let’s try comparing groups by state congressional district . . . didn’t work, let’s try comparing groups by school district . . . closer, maybe if we subselect within school districts by families related to a ‘justice involved individual’ . . . That’s it! You get started on writing the paper while I apply for a grant to get the ball rolling. Every post doc in the department is going to want their name on this!”
In this case, the writer has, as noted, included 19 year olds in the definition of children, excluded infants, and combined suicide and homicide deaths.
This is how you make propaganda. It is designed to make a person who is predisposed to be skeptical towards gun tights to become enraged at people who support gun rights. “Guns are killing our children! If you can’t see that we need to do something about guns, you must be some kind of monster!”

  19. Starbuck, I graduated in 88. If you still have your 87 yearbook, there are 3 Bill Cs in the class of 88. The second letter of my last name is h. Apologies for my picture, I wasn’t very photogenic. Still am usually not.

BH429: Somehow, 90% or more of the people I graduated with are at least Democrat, and I’d venture to guess 25-50% are rabidly progressive. It just sometimes stuns me how many people are aligned against the things that allowed their family’s economic history to send them to a school like the one Starbuck and I (and Phillips, Morrison, Dayton and Franken) attended.

  20. Bill C, most elite high schools were compromised long ago.

My boys graduated from St. Agnes high school…they speak Latin (badly) and Spanish (well), know how to solve for X and how to make Ferric Chloride. They knew getting a girl pregnant would change their lives forever, nothing of buttsex, or gender fluidity as kids, although I aver they couldn’t help but know what it entails as adults.

It’s amazing the shit curriculum some people will pay big bucks for these days.

  21. BTW, according to my latest copy of The Aggie SAHS is graduating a class this year, twice the size my kids had, and have expanded the middle school…a slender ray of hope.

  22. Blade, I honestly did not detect a whole lot of political indoctrination in my years at Blake. That may partly have been because I was not politically aware back then, but my teachers TAUGHT, they didn’t indoctrinate.

My kids went/go to Benilde. There are liberal teachers (the FB profile of the math teacher my daughter had in 10th grade shows he is a Bernie Bro) and some political “leanings”, but the administration keeps things mostly on the “educate, don’t indoctrinate” line. When my daughter was in 11th grade, the students demanded a walk-out for gun control after one of the big school shootings a few years ago. The school explicitly said “We do not authorize nor support this action. if you participate, you will suffer consequences. My daughter participated. Not because she believes in gun control, but because her friends did and she wanted to hang with them. She got to sit in a few detention sessions along with them. She was not happy and we had a chat about actions and consequences, especially when you don’t share those beliefs but wanted to hang with friends who do.

Breck? As bad as Blake is nowadays. Maybe worse.

  23. Bill C, the tragedy is, we cannot even have confidence in Catholic schools anymore. This Pope has thrown the door wide open for the degenerates.

When Christ said “on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it” he was speaking of faithful people, not an institution.

  24. My Catholic wife said something the last couple days about how it looks like the current Pope will be stepping down. She has said for years that she thinks the next Pope will be a conservative from somewhere in Africa. I’d like to believe that, but if leftism has managed to infiltrate the College of Cardinals which allowed them to elect a soci@list Pope, then the global Catholic Church is lost as well.
