Sounds like a class action illegal restraint of trade lawsuit to me.

I’m not a Constitutional Scholar like The Won, but I’ve never heard of a Right to Banking. When the Founding Fathers set up our system, they gave the Federal Government the Power to regulate interstate commerce. Maybe that was intended to include The Power To Shut Down Your Political Opponent’s Business? We need heavy-duty legal help to dig out the caselaw precedents. Perhaps Dog Gone can ask her neighbor?

Maybe the NRA could get in the banking business, I know you can get an NRA credit card.
