I Think This Sums It Up

I wrote earlier about David Brauer’s observing a “Don’t Blame Me, I Voted McCain” bumper sticker.

Well, while I join most of my readers in believing Mac would have been a better president, that sticker doesn’t really sum things up all that well.

Let’s try this:

Or in convenient button form:

They’re available at my Cafe Press store.  Like all the swag @ CafePress, it’s too friggin’ expensive, but that’s what I got…

More to come, if I’m bored enough.

  1. Great idea! Assuming they’re out of “Hey Everybody, Look at Me! I’m a Retard!” buttons.

  2. Huh. Hillary Clinton stood on her hubbies’ shoulders to get where she is. Palin got to be gov — and VP candidate — all on her own. Without the benefit of a rich daddy & prestigious college degree.

  3. AC, could they be out ’cause you got them all? Wearing them ever so proudly? Displayed prominently?

  4. Palin ’12!

Works for me. Yeah Terry, she definitely doesn’t have a prestigious college degree. Oh wait, you wingnuts think that’s a good thing. Maybe the candidate you really want is Trig Palin.

No, merely that going to an Ivy means nothing other than either “someone got a hard-on for getting grades when they were 14” or, at least as often, “Daddy went to the Ivies too”.

Of course, since George W. Bush went to Yale, and you went to Klown Kollege, maybe it does mean he’s smarter and more deserving than you are…

    Hmm.

  6. Really? Cause most of the people I know who went to Yale and Harvard are friggin’ smart. Of course GWB is the ultimate legacy – never actually achieved anything outside his father’s shadow.

  7. Jeez, even Dana Carvey knows GWB is a “two term-er”, angryclown.

And picking on retarded infants? Trying to find someone in your rhetorical weight class, angryclown?

  8. He won as many presidential elections as his day, Trojan Man. And he achieved even less.

  9. Cause most of the people I know who went to Yale and Harvard are friggin’ smart.

Ah. So going to Harvard made them that way?

If they’d gone to Montana State Bozeman, they’d be dumb?

I’ve known some smart Ivy-trash – but I’ve never lost a battle for a job to one.

It’s funny when you accuse others of “whining”, angryclown. I know you were in love with the idea of having a President Gorebot 2000, but really: pick up the pieces of your shattered life and “move on”.

  11. Thank God Bush was allowed to steal that election, eh Troy? It’s very funny to hang out with the hard core Bush dead-enders who don’t agree with three quarters of the country that Bush was the worst president in modern history. And the qualifier “modern” is required only because most people don’t have the historical chops to compare him to his lower-tier presidential peers, like Harding, Andrew Johnson and Buchanan.

  12. “01-20-13”

Wonder what Obama will say at his second Inaugural.

Of course they may want to get one of the brighter justices to do the oath.

  13. Of course they may want to get one of the brighter justices to do the oath.

I’m sure that Clarence Thomas would be happy to oblige.

  14. Good thought, Mr. Dumb. But he’ll probably want a justice with a copy of the Constitution, not the latest issue of “Swank.”

  15. Hard to imagine why he’d want that, AC — the justices you favor rarely refer to the Constitution. Unless you mean the EU Constitution.

  16. I think I made out something among the whine-fest:

    “Bush dead-enders”

    and:

“Wonder what Obama will say at his second Inaugural”

It seems someone here has an irrationally attachment to a President, but the President isn’t GWB. *shrug*
