The Biggest Losers

By Mitch Berg

The biggest losers last night:

3. Trafalgar Polling. Their “secret sauce” seems to have hit its shelf date with velocity. Utterly useless.

2. Minnesota taxpayers – as in, the ones that actually pay taxes.

And the #1 loser last night: Donald Trump’s endorsement and coattails. From Keri Lake to Don Bolduc to Scott Jensen, they fared terribly. There were exceptions – but JD Vance likely needed the “R” rather than the “T” behind his name in Ohio.

So congrats, Democrats.

You have a senile president, a thin lead in the Senate, a looming recession, inflation that your policies stand every chance of turning into hyperinflation, and an election built largely on dissatisfied young people who your policies aren’t going to help beyond a few transient payoffs.

Good luck with that.

okay its a setback but you wont believe how hard im going to vote next time

  2. Ultra Maga Mammuthus Primigenesis Says:

    The people have spoken!
Can’t say that I am surprised. With some luck, Trump’s poor showing will convince him not to run in 2014.

  3. MacArthur Wheeler Says:

    Mitch
what you overlooked is that They Got Away With It
the Democrats now know that there will not be any serious pushback from the voters the next time they want to declare an emergency and Take Appropriate Measures To Keep People Safe. There are no repercussions for striping whole populations of their civil liberties – that was last night’s big win. Trump is a side show the Dems are running to keep Republicans distracted.

  4. Mr. D Says:

    A few thoughts:

Money talks, bullshit walks. The DFL has the money and the infrastructure and the GOP has nothing.

Trump didn’t help. He was and continues to be horribly wronged by what he’s gone through, but he will never get a sympathetic audience. He wants to be the conquering hero, but martyrdom is a better career move, not that he can ever understand that.

If the Senate ends up 50/50 again, Joe Manchin may try to cross the aisle to save his ass in 2024. What will be interesting is whether Mitch McConnell would want him.

The Donks own the next two years. And they are going to hate that. Not sure how they get rid of Biden now, but that remains necessary.

  5. Blade Nzimande Says:

Atta boy, Bigman! That’s the spirit! You’ll show ’em reeeeal good next time, by golly.

Get some more biplanes…er, BiP0c’S and C0nSerVAtiVE faggots on the ticket, that should do the trick. Maybe endorse a eunuch for President, I dunno.

  6. John "Bigman" Jones Says:

yes exactly blade we need non-threatening acceptable candidates to reach across the aisle to extend the hand of friendship to show how reasonable we can be

then surely our worthy opponents will compromise their goals to steal only some of our liberties and only a little more of our fortunes

best of all no mean tweets

  7. Mitch Berg Says:

non-threatening acceptable candidates to reach across the aisle to extend the hand of friendship

Like Brian Kemp and Ron DeSantis?

  8. Blade Nzimande Says:

Mr. D, if McConnell gave one flying fuck about his party, or his people, he’d offer Manchin a leadership position. Hell, he should step down and give him the majority spot; God knows Manchin put in 100x the work ol’ turtle and his gang did.

But that’s not gonna happen, because right now, the status quo serves the money men. Vast fortunes are being made in military hardware, oil, gas, food stuffs. The Old Guard is solidifying their control like never before.

Our best bet is they overplay their hands; sooner the SHTF the better.

  9. Blade Nzimande Says:

Like Brian Kemp and Ron DeSantis?

Right Mitch, because it’s obvious those two are playing the same game. 🙄

  10. Mr. D Says:

But that’s not gonna happen, because right now, the status quo serves the money men. Vast fortunes are being made in military hardware, oil, gas, food stuffs. The Old Guard is solidifying their control like never before.

    Agree with all that.

  11. Emery Says:

The framing here is wrong. It should be: “Democrats as a powerful, broad-based party show surprising strength despite weak political approval of incumbent president with disconnected messaging to party’s political accomplishments and strengths.”

DeSantis and Glenn Youngkin will probably duke it out for the Republican nomination in 2024. In the Republican primaries they will probably come in #1 and #2 to a Trump or Trumpist #3. (Trumpworld will probably imploded legally and financially by Easter 2023.)

Newsom won a thumping reelection in California and is poised to push the fight with the Biden die-hards to move the national leadership of the democratic party down one or two generations, a generational change that is already a decade overdue.

The next president of the United States is not going to come from Washington DC.

  12. Blade Nzimande Says:

How far is DeSantis willing to go? I dunno, he clearly sees the line the money men have drawn, but he’s not inviting “not so bad” degenerates to sit down for an interesting, civil discussion of the issues.

  13. Blade Nzimande Says:

lol…rAT has already kicked the day off with a G&T in the glass that was laying next to his hand when he woke up on the floor this morning.

    Tell us more rAT! 🍸🍹🤣

  14. Blade Nzimande Says:

lol…rAT has already kicked the day off with a G&T in the dirty glass that was laying next to his hand when he woke up on the floor this morning.

    Tell us more rAT! 🍸🍹🤣

  15. Emery Says:

A poor result for Republicans. And thoroughly deserved. Media lazily pushed the idea that midterms are bad for the party in power without considering how much the polling showed abortion being a key motivator for democrats.

  16. justplainangry Says:

Election results do not reflect what is happening in the country and the general dissatisfaction with the direction. As I said in my betting post, the system is rigged, house runs the tables. He who counts the votes, wins. Cannot wait to see what will happen next time independence of TX is on the ballot. As it will be. The only sane state (other than FL) and Harris County notwithstanding. I was hoping, but results prove the Big Steal is impossible to fight. Secession is the only answer, as sad as it seems.

  17. Blade Nzimande Says:

    Say, rAT?

Word on the street is that Stacy Abrams post election plans got smacked down this morning, when Popeye’s Corp. declined to sell her a franchise, because she would single handedly reduce the weekly supply shipments to crumbs in an afternoon.

What’s your “inside people” (inside your empty head) telling you? Give us your insights,🐀!

    Hahahahha!

  18. justplainangry Says:

Mitch, your memory is extremely short. Kemp is a motherfucker responsible for election of Warnock via jungle primary and refusing to investigate blantant and brazen voter fraud. Yea, real outstanding citizen Kemp is! Real fighter! For what side?

  19. Emery Says:

Quality of candidate matters. If you nominate nut-job candidates you greatly reduce your chances of winning. And for that blame Trump.

The beauty of Trumpism is that when something doesn’t go your way, you reach for alternative facts. It’s a Republican red wave when you count election deniers.

This is a win for democracy. Trumpism looks to be on the way out, and with it one of the most serious threats to democracy and the rule of law. De Santis was a clear winner and Trump will not relish the prospect of fighting him for the 2024 nomination. Will Trump fight with a good prospect of losing to Ron ‘Desanctimonious’ ? The name calling suggests Trump is feeling the heat.

Because Newsom can take on either DeSantis or Youngkin and win the presidency with a 10-15 million popular vote plurality and probably a 40-80 electoral vote plurality, maybe more. Newsom will be too big to steal.

  20. Blade Nzimande Says:

It’s not sad, jpa. It was inevitable as soon as the the Hart-Celler Act was passed in 1965.

We all know the plan Johnson had for negroes…but we could not see what he had in store for us.

We’re not none of us getting any younger; quicker we get the show on the road, the better, imo.

  21. Blade Nzimande Says:

Thanks rAT! But we really didn’t want a look into your empty head, just some asinine insights.

Calm down…have another drink…watch Nickelodeon for awhile; “comfort yourself”, and get back to us.

  22. justplainangry Says:

Another biggest loser: voter confidence. With Big Steal negating voter enthusiasm, voters will not be voting harder, if at all, next time because they already realize their votes do not matter.

The only real political solution to keep the union together is term limits. Short of that, nothing will contain the Swamp empowered by unelected IRS, FBI and CDC, and now, DOD.

  23. Blade Nzimande Says:

Stacey Abrams made putting this system in place in Georgia a priority; lack of it constitutes Jim Crow elections, and objecting makes you a cracka:

In American 3rd world shithole cities, ‘community organizers’ come to your home and ‘harvest’ your vote. They walk you through filling out a straight reprobate ticket, then help you mail it, or, just take the ballot & submit it themselves in the 27 states that allow vote harvesting; these organizers are paid by money men like Soros et. al. for each vote they harvest. This is a undisputed fact.

This is “increasing the franchise” and saving Democracy™. It’s how 80 IQ blacks in Detroit and Philadelphia now vote at higher rates than 110 IQ Whites in the suburbs.

  24. Blade Nzimande Says:

With the vote harvesting system, 80 IQ blacks don’t have to remember when election day is or where to vote. Hell, they don’t even have to be able to read the ballot, which is good, because many cannot read beyond a grade 3 level.

They don’t have to do anything, the community organizer takes care of it all. The organizer will explain that the “Democrat box (this one here), means more free shit an’ fuck Whitey”. “The Republican box means you a Uncca Tom house nigga and we know where you live.”

  25. Blade Nzimande Says:

The only real political solution to keep the union together is term limits.

C’mon ja. You really think that’s an answer? Term limits mean a larger investment for the money men; nothing more. We’ll get the same minion with a new face.

Don’t believe me? Marjorie Taylor Greene won re-election with 66% of the vote. The election was called within the first 4 hours.

You think she’ll get her committee assignments back, whether the Repubs take the house or not? You think she’ll get a hearing on any bill she authors? Fuck no. She’s not the money men’s girl, lad!

You could replace her every 2 years with someone like her, and that person would get exactly the same reception.

  26. Blade Nzimande Says:

In South Carolina, our new Secretary of Education has promised to make vouchers available state wide; including for private and home schooled kids. The Governor is on-board. More importantly, she says she’s going to audit every buck in the system, with the goal of finding enough waste and political payoffs to pay for the shortfall we’d see when she declines federal education money!

Think of that, Patriots. What would public schools look like without federally mandated diversity and inclusion specialists. Without the “Every Student Succeeds Act” (ESSA). Without the “Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act” (FERPA) and the “Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment” (PPRA). Without “equity bussing”.

In order for this to work, she’s gonna have to find enough money to give our non-unionized public school teachers a nice raise, and (hang on to your seats), most deserve one. The South is still run under the good ol’ boy system, yeah the negroes have learned it, too…hell, they’re Grandmasters of the game. There are so many under the table deals made every day, it’s impossible to keep track of it all, but maybe if we focus on the public school system we can make a difference.

And, if there’s any chance we can avoid a nasty, probably bloody, Balkanization of the US, getting the next couple of generations sorted out is it.

  27. Emery Says:

Waiting for the Freedom Club — “Walz Failed” folks to admit they were wrong about Jensen.

  28. Blade Nzimande Says:

While no one expected Minnesota nitwits to elect anyone other than one of their own, the Arizona race is far from over.

    Hobbs 50.3%
    Lake 49.7%
    66% Est. Count

More impressive is, in the counties with the most votes left uncounted, Lake is leading; in some cases quite comfortably.

A win by Lake would have national repercussions. The money men know this, and are probably not real happy about it; stand by for some world class shenanigans.

  29. Emery Says:

“If they win I should get all the credit, and if they lose, I should not be blamed at all’ ~ Donald Trump

As usual, Trump tells you his truth up front.

  30. Blade Nzimande Says:

They’ve got a set of Republican waiters on one side and a set of Democratic waiters on the other side, but no matter which set of waiters brings you the dish, the legislative grub is all prepared in the same Wall Street kitchen.

Huey Long was one of the most politically astute men of his time. He knew who had the power, and he knew how to use power. He also wasn’t afraid to “talk out of school”. The money men of his time were concentrated in New York…they didn’t appreciate him much.

In 1935, Long was a serious threat to FDR’s candidacy. He was promptly assonated by a man named Carl Weiss.

Today, the money men have no borders. They have no national allegiance. They float above us like ethereal gods. What’s good for you or I means less than nothing to them, as long as there remains enough of us to serve them.

But don’t listen to me, I’m a rwnj; vote harder in ’23 Patriots.

    BREAKING NEWZ!!!!!:

    2 hr 41 min ago
Sean Penn hands Zelensky his Oscar during Kyiv visit
From CNN’s Olga Voitovych and Chris Liakos

Actor Sean Penn during a visit to Kyiv honored Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky by handing him his Oscar in a symbolic move, as shown in a video posted on the Ukrainian president’s Telegram account on Tuesday.

“If I know this is here with you, then I’ll feel better and stronger for the fight,” Penn told Zelensky on the video, adding that “when you win, bring it back to Malibu.”

This was Penn’s third visit to Ukraine during the war.

Hahahahahahaahaaaa! Now’s your chance to grab another G&T, rAT…before the next BreAKiNG ST0rY!

  33. Blade Nzimande Says:

Man, those bastards are slick, aren’t they.
Oh, and fuel prices are already going up.

  35. Blade Nzimande Says:

    Curious:

What will Zelensky do with Sean Penn’s “Oscar”? Hahahahahahahahaa!

And how did it come to be removed; is Sean transitioning? Bwaaaahahahahaha!

Will Zelenski share Sean’s Oscar with the boys on the front line? Or the ones in the guest dacha? 🤣🤣🍌

    What’s your take, rAT?

    tia!

  36. Blade Nzimande Says:

The Pedo Joe admin should roll out a program to teach nitwits how to start a fire with two sticks, BH.

To Save the Earth©, and join in the fight to save buttsex, child trafficking and money laundering, some suffering is necessary.

  37. Emery Says:

Hastening the end of Trump’s relevance while still getting gridlock is a good outcome.

  38. Blade Nzimande Says:

A lot of people probably think accepting another man’s Oscar is a shameful thing for Zwlensky to do. I know I do, but what do I know, I’m a bigot and homophobic Fascist.

We can be sure rAT thinks it is stunning and brave, but what does Bikebubble think?

Taking the Oscar, heroic, or nah, Mr. Bubble?

  39. Blade Nzimande Says:

Warnock and Walker are headed for a runoff early next monf.

How many 80IQ negroes will be bothered to actually go to a polling place and vote a ballot?

Can the reprobates rally the community organizers in time? Can they pry Abrams away from dat chiken leg long enough to rally the troops? Are there any gibs left over to GOTV?

    Lmao…

  40. justplainangry Says:

Not content with electing retard (clinical term) to Senate, Pennsylvania voters reelected a Democratic state representative who died last month. I am sure dead guy received 110% of the votes cast by 120% of eligible voters. Priceless. Vote harder!

  41. Ultra Maga Mammuthus Primigenesis Says:

Reporter: “What in the next two years do you intend to do differently to change people’s opinion of the direction of the country?”
    Biden: “Nothing.”

The Dems now have a serious Biden problem. He is not going to leave, he will look at the poor GOP midterm showing as an endorsement of his governance by the American people.
So things will get worse . . .

  42. Blade Nzimande Says:

“So things will get worse . . .”

OK by me. I’ve done everything I can to prepare.

  43. Mitch Berg Says:

Waiting for the Freedom Club — “Walz Failed” folks to admit they were wrong about Jensen.

    Both can be true.

PIglet did fail. In every way. Except getting elected.

  44. Blade Nzimande Says:

Piglet didn’t fail on the important stuff; understanding the majority of his state.

The failure is on the part of those who still believe Minnesota is salvageable. It’s not.

  45. SmithStCrx Says:

And ammo shortages were just starting to abate.

  46. Blade Nzimande Says:

    From Alpha news:

“The Minnesota DFL won all four statewide executive races and regained control of the Minnesota Legislature in Tuesday’s midterm election.

Democrats will now control the executive branch and both chambers of the Legislature for the first time since 2012.”

There’s really nothing left to say.

  47. John "Bigman" Jones Says:

no mitch i doubt desantis will be considered an acceptable candidate
democrats already say he is not a responsible republican
soon he will be literally hitler

i suspect the left will insist on mittens or jeb! because they will lose gracefully and concede early

  48. Emery Says:

Avoiding a bad election result while the economy struggles badly is a clear win. Biden is King today.

I have become very pro Trump winning the Republican nomination for 2024. I can’t think of a more fitting end to his political career than getting beaten by Biden twice. I also think the humiliation will do the GOP some good. Currently it is an elephant that has lost its way, going around trying to take freedoms away from Americans. Which is frankly unAmerican. America needs a less lost elephant and they are clearly not going to find their way back to respectable Conservatism by themselves.

  49. Ultra Maga Mammuthus Primigenesis Says:

Currently it is an elephant that has lost its way, going around trying to take freedoms away from Americans.
You might want to mention that to the people Biden’s JD is holding in prison w/o bail for trespassing.

  50. Blade Nzimande Says:

If the Repubs pull out a miracle in the House, they’ll probably start an investigation into Hunter to vex the reprobates with a thousand cuts.

It’s just the kind of petty and worthless business that appeals to conservative Patriots.
