The government ha, however, has carved itself out a little bit of insanity to actually get some business done:
Trans women still have to register for the draft. Trans men are exempt.
According to the Selective Service System website, nearly “all male US citizens and male immigrants, who are 18 through 25, are required to register with Selective Service.” The website states that all biological males must register for the draft, including “U.S. citizens or immigrants who are born male and have changed their gender to female.”
What are they – biologists?
Interesting. The relevant law is The Military Selective Service Act of 1967 (as amended).
It states: Sec. 453. Registration
(a) Except as otherwise provided in this title (sections 451 to 471a of this Appendix) it
shall be the duty of every male citizen of the United States, and every other male
person residing in the United States, who, on the day or days fixed for the first or
any subsequent registration, is between the ages of eighteen and twenty-six, to
present himself for and submit to registration at such time or times and place or
places, and in such manner, as shall be determined by proclamation of the
President and by rules and regulations prescribed hereunder.

So, as far as the law is concerned, trannies are male citizens of the United States.

I see problems with readiness and such. It’s hard enough to qualify soldiers with working testosterone, and without it, strength, endurance, all kinds of things suffer. Except for the fact that it might encourage people to mutilate themselves, it might be wise to simply exempt the “trans” population altogether. Of course, we can’t admit that men and women are different, and that sex hormones matter.
This is a tempest in teapot – apart from those hoping to rile up the white suburban women to vote the right way. Trannies make up, say, what? 0.2% of the population. Or is it 0.02%? And of that, only half are eligible to be drafted.
