When “progressives” win, two things happen:
- Drunk with power, they overreach.
- They start eating their own.
They won’t be able to try Phase 1 for a bit yet.
But here’s hoping we’re seeing the beginning of Phase 2.

Meh. The self-proclaimed multi-ethnic writer, who looks mostly white, is way, way too wordy (writing Trump in lower case was cute too).

A small victory in the fight against PC indoctrination in schools. We were able to opt out of a Language Arts (formerly known as English) assignment given to our 8th grader. Title in question is “The Hate U Give.” More than one enthusiastic review on Amazon said it was inspired by the BLM movement. It’s exactly what you think it is.

There is that phrase again, “marginalized communities.”
colored people and women are front and center in academia, the media, and the federal bureaucracy. Amazon streaming, Netflix, and the Criterion channel have women, blacks, and gays headlining their film categories. Polling has shown that Americans consistently overestimate the percentage of Americans who are black and gay.
I guess marginalization ain’t what it used to be.
The people who are marginalized are the people you do not see heading up academic departments or on television. They are predominately working class and male. Color doesn’t matter. When was the last time you saw a blue collar black guy as the hero in a television series or film? -
