…Or You’ll Fall For Everything

Congresswoman Betty McCollum – my “repreentative” – put out a press release after yesterday’s SCOTUS decision:.

“Two years ago, I was proud to vote in support of the Affordable Care Act. Today’s historic Supreme Court decision affirms President Obama’s leadership to extend healthcare coverage to millions of Americans.

…and destroying the healthcare system and Americans’ sovereign rights to make key life decisions for themselves, rather than having them mandated by the government.

It is now time for Republicans in Congress to end their vitriolic repeal campaign and work on effectively implementing this law to the benefit of the American people.”

And there you go,.  “Vitriolic”.

Dissent is hate!

We need to repeal Obamacare.  And we need to repeal Betty McCollum’s job as Congresswoman.

If you can spare a buck or two – or an hour or two – please donate or volunteer for the Tony Hernandez campaign.

  1. In other words, she told her drooling, gullible sycophants to enjoy their tax increases, loss of more jobs and giving us superior intellectuals more control over you! The DemocRATs are still the party of the downtrodden and the American worker!

  2. I will bet that every medical device company is holding emergency management meetings within the next couple of days to address the pending taxes on their products and what it means to their labor force.

  3. In this case, Kermit, I’m not being funny. The tax on medical devices is just one of the many that will now be levied with Robert’s stupid ruling. I, too, have several friends that work in that industry and this ruling has been their biggest fear. Two of them seem to think that their respective CEOs will institute lay offs just to send a message to our libturd representatives in congress.

Along with them, I hope that your wife is unaffected.

  4. It will be interesting to see what happens in 2013 when people in my income level start having a couple hundred more dollars taken out of their paychecks every pay period due to Taxmageddon (if congress doesn’t band-aid it), and again in 2014 when a couple hundred MORE dollars are taken out every pay period to pay for Obamacare. Of course, it Romney wins, the evil party will blame it all on him and the stupid party won’t stand up and rhetorically retaliate.

  5. Because Congress critters are exempted from ObamaCare (natch) , we’ll never have the experience of having to wait in the 200 person long line at the Free Clinic behind that empty-headed bitch when she comes in for her weekly cankle massage.

I’m not sure if that makes me happy or not.

  6. One wonders why a representative so out of touch with reality, let alone her constituency, doesn’t label dissent “hate speech” and attempt to have it criminally banned..

  7. Japanese Internment was ruled constitutional. So was the Runaway Slave Act. Didn’t make them right. Obamacare is just as bad and should be opposed just as vigorously. McCollum either knows this and is lying about it or doesn’t understand it and is unfit for the office she holds.
