Yes, any system that relies on evidence and a jury of peers clearly needs some work to guarantee it matches the emotive roar of the crowd (or media). Fortunately for Kamala, a lot of the “work” has already been done by her tribe. What’s left is merely some tweaking.
Looking at Ms. Harris’ record and her rhetoric, the phrase “narcissistic personality disorder” comes to mind. She seems to be incapable of showing compassion on the people she’s hurt. I have to wonder, along those lines, if our political system is currently designed to choose people who are just plain cruel to their fellow man.
