Hope Walz uncorks on the most insidious form of “privilege”:

Forget for a moment that barefoot running is kind of a fad these days:

Forget the corn-fed American runners.  Let’s talk about Abebe Bikila, the legendary Olympic marathoner who…grew up dirt poor, trained barefoot, and was one of the greatest marathon runners ever.  

Look, nobody’s ever accused Hope Walz of being an intellectual titan. Nobody expects it. Seeing her parents, one would be mad to even think about it.

But you just know she’s going to be running for office soon, don’t you?

    I’m really disappointed she hasn’t yet found her Trans identity – without it she will never achieve the powerhouse political status she so obviously craves.

    …but yes, she’ll be in the state legislature by 2030

    I believe that her brother, who apparently has a learning disability, is the smartest person in that family. He’s not out seeking attention and making a complete buffoon out of himself. At least not yet.

    A broken clock is accurate twice a day. Unfortunately, Hope Walz is more like a clock that spins frantically away from the true hour at all times.

    Having said that, there certainly are neighborhoods in the metro where you cannot safely run – unless you are running away from something.

    So maybe we should do something about that.

    A good place to start would be to remove her father, mob boss Keith Ellison and chief enabler Mary Moriarty from office – then hire AND SUPPORT more police and deport non-citizen who violates the law (no matter how minor and that includes jumping the border or marrying your brother).

    After that, jail repeat offenders and vigorously enforce parole conditions.

    OH NO WE CAN’T DO THAT, WE DON’T HAVE ENOUGH PRISON BEDS!!

    There is an answer for that.

    Even wonder why God created the Aleutians and pointed them directly at Siberia?

    What?

    We can’t take a hint?

    As spawn of the current Minnesota Troika (Walz, Ellison, Moriarty) along with Jeremiah Ellison she will be properly mentored into the control structure of the DFL machine. Maybe she’ll start small as a member of the St Paul city council – I hear they’re looking for some new dynamic leadership.

    Of course Hope Walz will be running for political Office. She has no marketable skills, and unless he father fails upward back to Washington DC, she has no marketable connections.

    I bet her objection referencing concern for the climate isn’t about the shoes that runners wear. I bet it’s about the inordinately large amount of heavy breathing by a concentrated group of people in a small footprint of space, and therefore the increased CO2 excreted by the runners.

    Yet again, I can only proffer my sincerest suggestion: If you’re so concerned about CO2 excreted by human exhalation, it is incumbent upon you to take the greatest, most important step possible in eliminating that problem: Remove your contribution to that problem from the equation.
