Actually, the headline is misleading – Kohn believes that a successful impeachment leads to a special election.
Which is, if anything, even dumber.
Which is as good a nickname for Kohn as any.

Textbook example of putting too much faith in a piece of paper like a diploma. I’ve worked with PhD’s who seemed incapable of finding their rear end with a map and a flashlight.
By the way, Kohn’s Wikipedia entry does not mention Harvard. It looks like she attended GWU and got her JD from NYU.
