Rodriguez guilty of murder in the death of Dru Sjodin:
Next, the jury in the case will have to decide whether the facts of the case are such that Rodriguez is eligible for the death penalty. If it decides that the case is eligible for death penalty, jurors will choose between death or life without parole for the Crookston, Minn., native. One way or the other, he's off the streets for good.
One crime too late, of course.

I can only hope that Dru gets the chance to face this, this, (OK, there's really not a word that adequately describes Rodriguez) one last time before ultimate justice is served.

It will not bring Miss Sjodin back but is a pretty good runner-up....could sell popcorn and peanuts at the execution, too....
We need public hangings again to discourage this crap.
