As for the post... Humor? I think I heard of it once. Is that the part near the leg bone or the elbow?
As for the purpose of the military, I think I have a working understanding of it. What I don't understand is how Halliburton could have received no-bid contracts. Nor do I understand how people can legitimatize profiting from the business of war. Got any answers for those?
No bids went to the contractors that had the capability to best meet the requirement. This wasn't a requirement to build a new town hall in Fergus Falls, this was a capability to re-build infrastructure and provide support to troops in a war zone. The final kicker was, the stuff needed to be on the way 'yesterday' and very few companies could/can fill that description. Halliburton was one of the few.
What is this about liberals and cats?

1. The purpose of the military.
2. The definition of humor.
I wonder if they have closed-captioning for the humor impaired ?
