Bin Laden endorses the violence in Iraq by way of derailing the election:
In an audiotape broadcast Monday by Al-Jazeera satellite television, a man purported to be Osama bin Laden endorsed Abu-Musab al-Zarqawi as his deputy in Iraq and called for a boycott of next month's elections there. And, more importantly, confirms that the wave of violence sweeping Iraq today is intended to derail the vote. The new tape, together with one that appeared online earlier this month, continues a new political slant adopted by the al-Qaida leader, whose past proclamations have been more a call to arms than a promotion of a cause. They appear to back up recent suggestions by Middle East experts that bin Laden may be trying to become more of a political leader than a terrorist.
An Al-Jazeera announcer said the speaker on the tape also called for attacking pipelines, planting mines and killing people who work for the occupation forces.Further proof that the Western idiots who are heckling the election process are, indeed, on the terrorists' side. By reflexively shooting to the exact opposite views of Osama bin Laden and his gang of thugs, you are just as controlled and easily played by the terrorists as the so-called "Western idiots" you rail against.

What is the proper response in your opinion, Don?
Quiet contemplation? Disinterested observation from the side?
