Rambix, one of the Twin Cities' essential blog reads, is retiring the Red Star blog:
The challenge is there is no natural stopping point for a blog. I never really had a time frame in mind when I started blogging; I just figured I'd do it until I got sick of it. And frankly, I'm not sick of it at all - I still love exposing things you'll not read about in the MSM, particularly the Red Star.I understand the motivation - it's why I do my own blogging before my kids wake up in the morning. I can't blame him one bit.The reason I'm retiring is that the blogging is encroaching on my personal life, and has been interfering with family time.
Rambix did a great service toward making Minneapolis a city worth raising kids in.
Hey, if you're a Rambix informant looking for an outlet, drop me a line!

I heard ABC is about to release some "inappropriate" IMs between Rambix and farm animals.
