Had a great time at the MOB party last night. I didn't go around recording names - but we had a solid turnout, and (more importantly) a blast meeting everyone.
I'll post a rundown of blogs covering the party later today.

Mitch - looking forward to seeing the rundown. Sorry that I couldn't make it; had it on the schedule. Instead, I suffered all day with a blindling awful migraine. Since you guys are my friends ... I will spare you the gory details!
Hope to make it to the next one!
Posted by: Peg at September 10, 2006 09:49 AMIt was a lot of fun. I really appreciated you introducing Felicia and me around, Mitch.
Posted by: Joel Rosenberg at September 10, 2006 12:15 PMI was dissapointed by the lack of representation by a certain blog unfavorably disposed to the local Newspaper of Record. It was nice to meet the Captain, however. And Sue Jeffords, and Inge!!

Posted by: Kermit at September 10, 2006 01:51 PMIt was grand to meet you too Kermit. I did see Sequel in attendance last night, but I think he was the only Anti-Stribber there. Then again my co-horts from Savage Republican (Amendment X and Savage Republican) were absent as well. Oh well, they all missed out on the fun!
Thanks Mitch for getting this all put together. The Logical Husband had a riot (as opposed to starting a riot which I understand was about to happen) discussing the Gubernatorial race with Sue's campaign manager, Dan.

Posted by: Kermit at September 10, 2006 09:20 PMI'm embarrassed to say that I hung out in a corner with my husband and parents. Since I don't have a photo of anyone, I had no idea who to walk up to and say hello. Pretty lame, huh? I realize I get absolutely no credit for attending...
Posted by: TK at September 10, 2006 09:39 PMOh, TK - my bad!
I remember my first time at Keegan's for trivia and not knowing who to approach. Therefore at previous functions of this sort I've made it a point to wander around looking for the hopeful but shy around the edges, and this time I just got too distracted with all the goings on. I do wish you introduced yourself to someone at random - my MOB experience is that you would have been escorted around the room immediately for more introductions. You would have met up with 3/4s of my family, as well as your friends such as Surly and Sweetest, King David, Uncle Ben and more! I will try to be more alert in the future; perhaps you can help by wearing a large flower to help me recognize you - a wall-flower, perhaps? ;^)
