Brigham For Senate

Longtime MOBster and graphic artist to the stars Derek Brigham is running for State Senate.

BrighamForSenate.jpg

Derek's a very sharp guy. Best of all, he's a guy who has a life and living outside of government; he's no professional politician.

Which is more than you can say for Ann Rest, his district's eleventy-teen term incumbent. You can tell a lot about her by her friends. When the special interests of Minnesota say "jump", Ann Rest says "off what?"

If you live in 45, please get out and help Derek. He'd be a great state senator.

UPDATE: Fixed the link.

You can also help get his name out with a sign, letter to editors, etc.

We need to put Ann to Rest (politically speaking of course).

I had a nice long talk with Derrick at Tracy's event. It may have been the scotch, but I think he's a good guy. Thumbs up. Down with Ann and Education Minnesota. Sandra Peterson, you are next...

Hi. I'm kind of new to this blog stuff, but here goes. I listen to SavageNation, and Rush Limbaugh. I listen to Al Franken on Air America. I watched Team America today and I have a headache, (more like a faceache), after laughing so hard. Memory says I've only laughed that hard 4 times in my life. When Dr. Savage talks about Liberalism as being a mental disorder, I find myself in agreement. But at the same time, when Hillary Clinton is being photographed in a Methodist Church and then talks about how her Faith has always been very important to her, I believe her too. When George Bush says he's a Christian, I believe him. But when Bill Clinton said he was a born again Christian, I wondered (at the time) if he was conning us/me. Writing the above about Hillary, (I saw that picture a few weeks ago), I believe Bill Clinton to be a Christian. My point, I suppose, is that I am fiercely Moderate in the Left vs Right debate. I'm curious of your thoughts on what you think of Moderates. Spare me any short quips about them being wishy-washy, or like Schulz's Charlie Brown. I'd prefer a letter of sorts, or a paragraph, if you'd allow me that indulgence. :-) Yuri...
