I'm at my mom's place in Minot, North Dakota right now. She's a flaming Democrat. I'm obviously not.
She said I could use her computer only if I converted. So I'm up pretty early, hoping to squeeze out a post or two before I'm discovered.
Don't tell her, OK?

I set up my Republican mom's iMac so I'm pretty sure she can't lock me out when I go down to Iowa for an all-class reunion in a few weeks.
Still, I think I'll drive into town to use my brother's Dell — he has broadband. (Bandwidth trumps platform, although not by much.)
Mike Johanns, Bush's Sec. of Agriculture, will be at the reunion. Any top secret RNC messages you want me to pass on?

My mother is a flaming Dem as well and the only way I can get my Republican blog fix is if I bring my laptop. Thankfully I set her up with broadband last year otherwise I would be doing this on (GASP) dial-up!
