One slags on the rare and self-policed failings of democracies so that true abusers of human rights feel vindicated. The other favors inefficient energy and agriculture because... well, I don't know why; I assume they don't actually WANT people to starve, but they vociferously advocate policies that will bring that about. The Greenpeace motto: Food and energy for me but not for thee.
