I didn't even know there was a video for this song - "Sweet Sweet Baby" by Lone Justice, distinguished by being the best workout song ever written.

No, seriously - once the background singers kick in?

Put it this way - I'm writing as I watch the vid, and the post took me literally 1.5 seconds to write.

Ooooooooh, no no! The BEST workout song is Jackie wilson's "Higher and Higher (Your Love Lift me Up)" and I fashioned an 8-track tape, years ago, of this song played over and over again, one right after the other, and it's the best to dance to and the most exhilarating for lifting your spirit, too.
