Tice is going down as the worse by my gut feeling.

A 3-13 or 2-14 season is at hand.

The poll is still there under the Tice Approval Poll. I should have just gone with the two options but agree with the majority that "Neither team shows up"!

Les Steckel's last name is different from mine by one letter.
Obviously that would lead to trouble getting the extra point on a TD.

it is two different situations...following a legend [bud grant]..oldest team in the league, toughest schedule, team up for sale, and having 14 coaches and heir apparent jerry burns[with his 6 coaches] on the staff, who did not like steckel...steckel's marine mentality didn't help...but he proved to be a very good coach going to two superbowls..patriots 1986, the titans v. rams, offensive coordinator for them and tampa, where he improved the tampa team in all categories but became the fourth offensive coordinator axed in five years....the circumstances weren't right for steckel...tice has made most of his...the 84 vikes rally and win
