The Greatest Day In The History Of Sports

Chicago 28, Minnesota 3.

Brian Urlacher had two sacks to lead the Bears to a 28-3 victory over a Vikings team reeling after allegations of drunkenness and sexual misbehavior on a charter cruise last week.
Booyah.

Life is that little tiny bit better today. The spirit of Mike Ditka looks down from above and smiles.

(Yes, I know he's still alive - but he is that big a deal...)

This is probably the first time in my life that I saw the Vikings lose a game and I wasn't the least bit disappointed. I know I'm not going to see a dozen Viking heads roll over their unforgivably callous and disgraceful off-field behavior, and their unprofessional attitude all around, but I'll settle for Tice's head. That would be an excellent start.

Start collecting your Tice era momentos now...

Could not happen to a nicer bunch of guys.

Nothing will happen to Tice or the 17 or 20. Minnesotans do not want to face up to being a "cold Omaha" and will excuse ANYTHING the Vikes will do.

Vikes may win 1 or 2 more games this season but this franchise is toast--Red the used car dealer knew that and that is why he sold to our Jersey pal.

You Chicago fans are going to be insufferable, given the Bears and the White Sox. A pox on all of you.
