True story: I'm sitting watching the first 20 seconds, and I'm thinking "There's gonna be a Peter Gabriel song coming up". Hollywood's got it into the formula, I think: "Solsbury Hill" for feel-good, "In Your Eyes" for romantic, "Big Time" for gratingly ironic...

The trailer for West Side Story(!) is just as good... although that Titanic trailer didn't have half the punch of either Shinging or WSS.

However, that might has something to do with the fact that the original film scored high on the crap-o-meter.

(How it beat LA Confidential at the Oscars I'll NEVER know... damn it, I'm getting wound up about LAC again.)
