Condolences

To my British readers - and I know I have one or two - my condolences at your tragedy.

And ours.

Beyond that, I am for the moment speechless. Your guy said it better anyway:

Centuries ago words were written to be a call and a spur to the faithful servants of Truth and Justice: 'Arm yourselves, and be ye men of valour, and be in readiness for the conflict; for it is better for us to perish in battle than to look upon the outrage of our nation and our altar. As the Will of God is in Heaven, even so let it be.'

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the people who were injured or killed in London today.

Will they make the same mistake that the Spanish did?

Will they try to appease evil or will they confront it?

Those who forget history are doomed to repeat it.

Sorry 'bout the whole bombing thingy but I was quick to invest and will likely see about a 1.2% bump in the value of my managed futures portfolio!

Hell, if they hit Italy or France, I'll be able to retire to my own private island in the Carribean...!

Hey Islamo-fascists ~ Jacques Chirac said you're a bunch of goat screwing towel headed sand diggers... What 'cha gonna do about it there Ahab???

"Brit" and "Dan" have the same IP address.

If I were Dan, I'd use pseudonyms more often.
