The "Lights On" bill that the Senate dropped in the House's lap, just before sneaking away, was a two year budget patch--not 7 days or 14 days. So, two years is apparently how long the Democrats want this budget battle to drag on. Why else a two-year poison pill budget? I think they've overreached. They think they can pin something on Pawlenty with this little trick. I don't think so.
