The Moron from Massachusetts

Silly America speaks.

"And," Kerry added with a grin, "We've got better hair. I'll tell you, that goes a long way."
With John Kerry, it's going to have to. It's probably his most coherent foreign policy statement.

Its what is known as a "joke" mitch.

Us humans have a wacky tendancy to make light of certain situations. . . we use things called "jokes" to both mock the situation and ourselves. I know this will be hard for you to grasp, but Kerry was making a JOKE about hair, it really wasnt a statement of policy. Honest.

Er, thanks. I know it was a "joke" .

It was still the closest he's come to a legitimate foreign policy.

Yeah, and JasonDL? As an individual who shaves his head due to genetic shortcomings in the follicular department, even if it was meant as a joke, saying that "having better hair goes a long way," really isn't all that funny.

What Ryan said. As a Follicle Challenged American - one of 80% of American males who will be at some point in their lives - even if I LIKED Kerry, that remark would have pissed me off.

Joke or no, it proves what a shallow, facile, botoxed superficial prettyboy he is; a 60-year-old political Justin Timberlake.

Only Timberlake can sing.
