Lies Heard In Passing

On MPR's Morning Edition this morning, Senator Mark Dayton was quoted saying that unemployment is the worst it's ever been.

Really?

Ever?

Worse than the depression (25%)?

Worse than the 1980 recession? (over 8%)?

Senator Dayton? Where do you get that ?
