The FBI arrested Hibo Daar at MSP before she could board that flight to Dubai.\u00a0<\/p>\n<div class=\"article__section article__section_type_text utility__text\">\n<p>Court records show Daar claimed to serve 1 million meals to children while operating out of an office in a business center on East Hennepin Avenue.
