{"id":89520,"date":"2025-04-15T04:47:00","date_gmt":"2025-04-15T09:47:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.shotinthedark.info\/wp\/?p=89520"},"modified":"2025-04-29T07:17:50","modified_gmt":"2025-04-29T12:17:50","slug":"it-aint-over","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.shotinthedark.info\/wp\/?p=89520","title":{"rendered":"It Ain&#8217;t Over"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Even as the &#8220;Feeding Our Future&#8221; scandal appears to shift into a new gear with the release of the recording of Keith Ellison appearing to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>put the lie to several of his statements about when he did or didn&#8217;t know about the fraud scandal<\/li>\n<li>tell some future defendants that the Attorney General&#8217;s Office (AGO) could &#8220;chill&#8221; the ardor of other agencies to investigate them<\/li>\n<li>accept campaign donations for his son and himself, <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8230;it appears we&#8217;re nowhere near done with scandals in DFL-run Minnesota:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\nhttps:\/\/twitter.com\/AlphaNewsMN\/status\/1911171535047434396\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>And while Feeding Our Future is just pedestrian stuff like fraud, jury tampering and maybe racketeering, <a href=\"_wp_link_placeholder\" data-wplink-edit=\"true\">this one gets into TMZ-fodder<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Gabriel Adam Alexander Luthor (a.k.a. Langford), 39, and Elizabeth Christine Brown, 42, were arrested in Las Vegas, where they made their initial court appearances in U.S. District Court in the District of Nevada earlier this week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The indictment alleges:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luthor and Brown intentionally devised and carried out an overbilling scheme for medical services provided through their neurofeedback therapy business, Golden Victory Medical, LLC (GVM). Luthor and Brown were in a relationship and together founded GVM in 2018&#8230;In total, GVM submitted hundreds of thousands of false claims to insurers, many of which the insurers paid, resulting in an estimated loss of over $15 million. Millions of dollars in fraudulent proceeds were transferred from bank account to bank account and ultimately retained by Luthor and Brown.
