It was pretty obvious that was the goal. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.twincities.com\/2022\/01\/06\/citing-rent-control-luther-seminary-freezes-plans-to-sell-lower-campus-for-housing\/\">What I don&#8217;t understand is all the complaints about the developers pulling out of projects right now, until they get their exemption<\/a>.
