An Escalator With No Top

It’s become a bit of an easy trope on the right:

  1. Star with “You think you hate the media?”
  2. Add some bit of loathsome leftymedia depravity
  3. Button it up with “You really don’t hate them enough”.

It’s a progression with no end; every day brings new loathsomeness.  It’s entirely possible it’s a barrel with no bottom to scrape.

But Nicole Wallace has to be getting close to that metaphorical nadir:

So let’s break it down:  Wallace:

  • Condescendingly snarks about a kid with brain cancer, in order to
  • spread the fiction that “right wing terror is the real danger facing the US”- a horse they’ve been trying to flog into a slow trot for sixteen years, now.

So maybe you can hate Big Leftymedia more than you do.   But beyond this, doesn’t it all kind of blur together?

  1. Rachel Madcow wasn’t as scummy as Wallace, but she was close.

Everything the DemoCommies accuse the right of, was fully on display on their side of the aisle. How dark does your soul have to be to fail to honor a kid that has beat the odds fighting against a disease that no one, let alone a 12 year old? Of course, women’s and trans rights are their definition of a struggle!

  2. The death of “traditional media” can’t come soon enough.

What’s shocking is that anyone gives them any credibility or attention other than revulsion.

  3. The extent of the mental illness afflicting the DemonRats and the parrots in their wholly owned media is stunning to say the least.

  4. It’s MSNBC. Viewership is measured in the tens of viewers. Mock them and move on.

  5. Yeah, slagging a kid who survived brain cancer (which is by far the most excruciating kind) puts her down, way down into the fetid sludge of the fever swamp, but whenever I hear some reprobate say something outrageous like that, it reminds my of how barren and unhappy their lives are…and that brings me joy.

I bet she’s petted the fur clean off most of her cats trying to comfort herself.

I hope she lives a long life as an 80IQ professional liar, and I hope she never dies in a unfortunate auto-erotic asphyxiation mishap while drunk on box wine.

  6. I really don’t like Donald Trump as person. If my kids acted and spoke the way he does I’d swat their bottoms and ground them. But I still voted for him enthusiastically. And that is after I said I never would with the way he torpedoed both Georgia Senate Seat Runoff elections in 2020/2021.

My parents are virulently anti-Trump. It’s turned my “glass closet” republican father into a solidly democrat voter. Here’s how I explained my vote to him when I got tired of refusing to answer.

The Democrats and their allies (NGOs, The Media, Non-Profits, Think Tanks, etc) are so absolutely abysmal at governing that I enthusiastically and happily voted for Donald Trump in 2024. I would’ve done it multiple times if I thought I could get away with it, and I’m virulently anti-voter fraud. And I cannot express how much I hate the Democrats and their allies for bringing me to the point I got to last Summer and Fall.

So maybe I do hate the Media enough. Or maybe I just got tired of resetting my scale and cranking that knob to 11 … again … and again …

I’m at the point that I’m about to burn out, and I just got reelected as an MNGOP SCC Alternate for the next 2 years, FFS!! Even my own side is driving me crazy. I apparently picked a hell of a time to cut back my alcohol consumption by about 90% in January.
