You’re paying for those “stimmy checks” and failed banks one way or the other, peasant.

  1. The USDA says food prices increased 3.5% in 2020, 3.5% in 2021, and 6.4% in 2022.
I cannot imagine a single human being in the world who believes this is true.
Yet the news media keeps telling us that this is true.

  2. I buy very much the same list of grocery staples month after month, year after year. Comparing to a receipt from 2 years ago (same items) the total price has gone up 23.7%

  3. Congresswoman Beth Van Duyne literally crucified that lying idiot Janet Yellen over this issue. She called out Pedo Pete’s claim that no one making less than $400k annually will pay a penny more in taxes, equating inflation to higher sales and ad valorem taxes. She continued to make her look like the political stooge she is by using her own admission of what those 87,000 IRS goons will really be doing. Yellen was flustered and stammering like a kid caught in a lie. It was epic!

  4. Two thoughts come to mind:

    1. I wouldn’t feed my dogs anything handled by a nasty slag with a hog ring in her nose.

    2. Nothing good comes from NYC. That pizza has to be crap, made with aids and fail.

An extra 50 cents per slice isn’t much. An extra $2 for eggs isn’t that much. Losing a few thousand from your retirement account isn’t that much. You won’t have to lower your expectations that much, won’t have to tighten your belt that much, won’t have to forego defered luxuries that much, just a little. And a little more tomorrow, a litle more every day.

It’s not that much and we could learn to live poorer except it’s entirely Lesko Brandon’s fault and entirely unnecessary. Remember that in 2025 and Vote Harder to get rid of them. And then wonder what happened when they steal that election, too.

Isn’t the deal with pizza (assuming it is round) that it can be subdivided into an unlimited number of symmetrical slices? The cost it takes to produce a pizza is the same, no matter many slices it is divided into, so the the only non-scalable cost is cutting the slice (s/2) so the slicing cost per slice remains the same even if you had an infinite of slices. The s/2 number does not hold if the total number of symmetrical slices is an odd number, but I can’t figure out if infinity is an odd or even number so we’ll set that issue aside for now. Also there are costs external to creating & slicing the pizza that need to be taken into account (the shoe leather costs of actually giving the slice to the customer & charging him or her for it).
Maybe someone with more knowledge of economics can help me out with this? Someone who reads The Economist, perhaps?

  9. Good news, comrades! Not only has the price of a slice of pizza remained a low, low $1.00, but the number of slices in each pizza has INCREASED, all thanks to our Glorious Leader Lesko Brandon.

  10. Here in the US, the economy is still booming. Much higher rates needed to slow this juggernaut.

Among so many other things you present yourself as an expert on the ethics of abortion so it should not be difficult for you to answer this question…
At what point in your mother’s pregnancy with you would it have become unacceptable for her to abort you?

As a bonus question where can I find the text in the Constitution that supports this claim you made:
“The Constitution before amendment said Clarence Thomas should be counted as 3/5ths of a person.”

  12. Haven’t heard anything re: the Bodine/MBerg Gala Fundraiser for adoption services & crisis pregnancy. Still in the (talking about it) infancy stages Pig?

  13. We’ve changed the plan, e-gaggle. Instead of a Bake Sale for Babies to raise money for adption and crisis pregnancy, we’re going with Bounty on Brats. People who hold deer licenses will be paid a flat fee for bringing in the severed heads of children who formerly were living in poverty. It’s a new twist on the familiar Dismemberment Abortion procedure – medically approved in all states – which we expect will save a ton of money in the long term on special schools, court costs and prison expenses.

Hey, would you be interested in working our tip line? It’s a special phone number for Concerned Karens to turn in neighbor kids who may not be living the life of luxury to which they should be entitled. The reward per kid is generous. What do you say?

  14. Regarding UMMP’s question about pieces of pizza, I have to wonder if there are minimum sizes for slices to “help the poor”. I’m overall not a huge fan of cheap pizza–I’ve seen it called “fix a flat” for a reason–but in a city where even hall closets rent for thousands of dollars, this could well be a very important way of people actually getting nutrition.

Easy fix; persuade your employer to relocate to somewhere affordable, or find a job outside the city.

  15. FYI, did you know that Bidin & the dems are against making America great again? I wonder if they can define it?
