Granted, it was a closer race than one might have expected; the endorsed DFLer won by 20 points, rather than the expected 40-50.
Still, Henco spoke: they’re OK with carjackings, home invasions, random gunfire ripping through (black and brown people in North Minneapolis) houses, and criminals getting sprung over and over.
They made their choices. Now, they’ll be getting the consequences, good and hard:

My recommendation to HennCo residents is “lech lecha.” And since I am a HennCo employee, I have a lot of inside info. Less service and more taxes coming. It will be a redistribution of wealth except it will cause an overall drop in the county tax base as smarter and more productive citizens flee.

The people who actually choose the HennCo Attorney are not the voters. In practical terms, the HennCo Attorney is chosen by a few wealthy DFL backers. These are not the kind of people who need to worry about street crime. Even in the Hellscape that Hennepin County has become, wealth creates security.
Just as an aside, what will happen when the woke people who run the DFL figure out who Hennepin and Ramsey Counties are named after?
