There are a lot of good reasons for that.
But as Greenwald points out, there’s more than one dimension to keep in mind:

My sales territory includes a big chunk of her district and I’m seeing fewer of her campaign signs, including many that are now gone that were not removed from the last cycle.

The principles she stands for are wholly incompatible with the continued existence of the USA as we know it. She hates White people with intensity. She hates you. She hates me.

Point 1: And what constituency is going to be scrutinized in the new WoT? Sure, there’ll be some of those funds funneled into faux kidnapping conspiracies against the elites, but AOC knows who most Americans think of when it comes to domestic terror.
Point 2: IIRC, AOC’s own fund-raising apparatus was identified in the early doxxing.
Point 3: Her own liberal antipathy to the police – or something else?
Point 4: This is curious, but if you follow the money there’s likely a trail back to how this impacts her own interests.
Maybe I should express my estimate of Omar’s intelligence (or lack of intelligence) this way: Omar has the IQ you would expect of a non-native English speaking woman raised by mostly illiterates in the third world who went on to get an undergrad degree in Poli Sci from the University of North Dakota.
After her graduation from UND, Omar became a policy fellow of the Humphrey School of Public Policy at UM. Fellows do research and write papers, so I looked for a list of her publications.
There aren’t any.

Here’s some things for you die-hard “conservatives” to consider:
In 2016, I was a solid NO on Trump (go ahead and check). I saw him as a consumate showman and dedicated grifter. Oh yeah, I voted for him, because fuck memaw, but I was not happy.
Turns out he enjoys shitting in the sandbox, too; I was surprised. But it was clear within two weeks that his camp was filled to the brim with people that hate him and would do anything to fuck him over.
A smarter guy would have cleaned house and shitcanned every stinking dink he could, in every federal bureaucracy….because that’s where the “deep state” rats live and thrive through GOP and leftist administrations with equal ease.
But in his arrogance, he figured he could ride them like mules; he was wrong. And then, even though he spent the last two years of his Presidency warning about the big steal coming in 2020, he did fuck all to stop it. Probably there was nothing he could do by then because he was still surrounded by rats.
My point is this. The status quo was out to get him from the start, but no one more so than Neo-cons and “conservatives” in Congress. Those our “our guys”, right? The ones up there protecting muh Democracy, right?

These are the Stabicons, the people who sabotaged the TEA Party, undermined Trump throughout his administration and voted to confirm Lesko Brandon’s Affirmative Action pick for Supreme Court.
When you’ve lost the rock-ribbed small business owner conservatives, you’ve lost the base. The polls say the GOP will crush Democrats in November but people like that small business owner don’t want Republicans to win, not if it includes Stabicons and Tuxedo Republicans. He wants The Wall built and Hillary stood in front of it. Frankly, he’s got a point.
