“One Minnesota”

During his 2018 campaign, Governor Klink used the slogan “One Minnesota”.

To those of us who study history, that caused a mirthless chuckile; German historians finished the slogan out: “One People, One Minnesota, One Leader”.

And those of us who remember history were right; when politicians yap about “unity” and “One” anything, it’s about making everyone equally miserable and straitened, not happy and prosperous.

Case in point: Minnetonka is being OneMInnesota’ed.

  1. GOP candidate for governor Scott Jensen has a slogan as well: “Audit the 2020 Election”

  2. After the illegal changes to the state’s election laws by corrupt Steve Simon and Hakim Ellison patting their left wing buddy Mark Elias on the back in the process, we need an audit.

  3. Former Governor Mark Dayton, talking about Democrats’ plans to transform Minnesota: “If you are that intolerant, if you are that much of a racist or a bigot, then find another state,” he said. “Find a state where the minority population is 1 percent or whatever. It’s not that in Minnesota.”

    Sage advice, residents of Minnetonka.

  4. As Willy Sutton observed a long time ago, you need to go where the money is. Apparently the delays in building the SWLRT line to the target-rich Eden Prairie area has frustrated some folks and they’re figuring “If I’ve got to drive to get there, I might as well go where the trip will be worth it.”

As I noted last week, the LA Times has also reported on the rise in attacks, robberies, car-jackings, and follow-homes around places that rich people like.

  5. The only Negroes Dayton knows are of the political grifter class. He really needs to spend a week around Broadway and 33rd to get a good taste of diversity and vibrancy.

  6. Whenever a reprobate touts “One Minnesota, America, World” what they’re saying is, we’ll do what we want, and y’all will sit down and STFU.
