The New Normal

Colorado’s Democrat governor has basically declared the pandemic – or at least, state government’s heavy-handed response to it – over.

Is it because they’re listening to the science, accepting that Covid is a highly mutable virus that will be with us pretty much forever (in forms that are more contagious and less lethal over time)?

Or is it because mid-terms are looking that bad in this very purple state?

The answer: either way, more of this.

  1. Polis is just another limousine liberal. He took his shots at the unvaccinated, but either acquiesced or faced facts.

My liberal son lives in Denver. He and several of his friends that are Colorado natives, have been complaining about all of the Californicators that are moving there. Consequently, if I’m judging correctly, the state could become blue next cycle.

  2. Well, Mitch, it appears that this was a purely political move (Surprise! Surprise!) and is all about the election. Both his approval and popularity, are polling downward.
