Not that I use Apple or Safari, but the primitiveness of the one and only browser Apple lets you use, is holding the entire internet back.
Interesting article. It strikes me that Apple was betting on the same thing GM was betting on in the 1960s and 1970s–planned obsolescence for the whole kit and caboodle. Response from guys like me is “but it’s my laptop that died, not all the accessories I use!”
(I may be a bit extreme, since I save spare parts from old bicycles in the chance I might use them again, but I’m guessing most people have a little of my tendencies in them….)
Funny, bike. I was thinking as read your comment that there has passed just enough time that Mac laptop owners have probably all thrown their old MagSafe chargers away and will need to buy new ones.
I kept all of mine.
I’ll bet dimes to dollars new Magsafe and old Magsafe won’t be compatible…
