…in Minnesota’s legal system that I gave the DFL’s attempt to weasel Trump/Pence off the ballot a 50-50 chance of succeding.
Happy to be “disappointed”, this time at least.

That is a hilarious statement by Kenny Martin; “Republicans should follow the rules”.

No kidding, Boss. More projection than a 20-screen multiplex.
The snark woven into her legalese by Chief Justice Gildea is what makes the opinion so much fun to read. She cited at least 2 previous Ken Martin cases, at least 1 of those was specifically about timely filing of complaints. She also specifically berated him for taken more than twice as long to “research” and file as he left the Court to act.
I’m not surprised that the court threw it out this technicality without actually ruling about the MN GOP’s actions.
So, being respectable, democrats won’t be embarrassing themselves by accusing anyone else of trying to disenfranchise voters. Because that would be really hypocritical, which is deplorable conduct.
Right?
I loved that the DFL’s official statement that while the GOP says that the rule of law should be followed, it showed hypocrisy in this case … and that the DFL was shot down for itself not following the law.
Yet, I’ll bet Commie Kenny still didn’t learn anything by his moronic attempt to screw up the competition.
