  1. In Chi Town they are hand delivering ballots to people in jail. At the same time they are not complying with Federal law in sending out ballots to IL residents serving in the military.

  2. I’ve instructed my 3 dependent voters that Mark Dayton promises to raise our taxes, and Tom Emmer promises to cut spending and leave our taxes alone. (I *may* have mentioned something about Democrats being baby raping, gutter dwelling, scumbags too, but I’m not sure)

I’ve told them they should vote for anyone they want….or, if they wish, not at all. It’s a free country, I tells ’em.

But freedom isn’t free, as we all know, and actions have consequences.

If they do not vote, it’ll cost them $20 a month for their internet connections; if Dayton wins, rent goes up $150 a month and they assume a share of the utilities.

I’m leading by example…you can call it whatever you want.

  3. And absentee ballots are already being rejected by our Suck-retary of State. No doubt the ballots of those cast by our citizens in the military that didn’t have an application or an SEIU, ACORN goon or a felon to vouch for them!

It’s too bad that we can’t beam Ritchie to Afghanistan in the heart of Taliban controlled territory! USS Enterprise, where are you when we need you? 😉

  4. There are two easy conclusions to your defensiveness. One, you don’t like facing the fact that you don’t know that vote fraud is rare, rare in the extreme so rare as to not warrant the action you support .. I refer you to the report below. If vote fraud is more rare than getting struck by lightning, do you think it’s worth disenfranchising 10% of the electorate to avoid it? Is an ABSOLUTELY fool-proof system even necessary? If so, I guess that means we’d better stop all wars, all business, all spending, because doubtless there are flaws, and shouldn’t we ensure EVERY DOLLAR we ever spend is absolutely properly spent, down to the last penny?

Or, you are reflexively trying to get ahead of what you do know – namely that this meme’ of voter fraud is the only real fraud, and that it is used to disenfranchise voters who otherwise would vote disproportionately for Dems.

Personally I hope it’s the former. You normally are a well read guy, so unfortunately, I have to conclude it’s the latter. If you don’t like having these kinds of accusations bandied about, though, perhaps you shouldn’t engage in them to start with… such as, saying we set a bar low. Maybe it’s a bar you shouldn’t work so hard to get under by so obdurately ignoring the actual FACTS about REAL vote fraud.

By the way, Mark Ritchie worked hard to ensure soldiers got the chance to vote in the past election, working with the DOD, sometimes without the help of TPaw, and with the gratitude of the DOD. He didn’t waste his time making ludicrous and false allegations about voter fraud by Coleman, nor did he impugn the integrity of the election and higher court judges who rightly and thoroughly reviewed the cases, including the irrelevent and stupid allegations of felony voting. Your biases are showing.

JPMN, do you have any proof that IL is allowing felons to vote? Or is it that they are allowing those accused of crimes the opportunity to vote, because after all, it is thier LEGAL RIGHT TO VOTE. I know, it’s got to be wrong to let someone vote when they have that right.. and ginning up crap like your comment SEEMS to suggest (i.e. that they are allowing and abetting fraudulent voting) probably feels great, but maybe you might want to try actually commenting something meaningful.

BTW, JPMN, the governmental seat for Illinois is in Springfield, not Chicago, and any choice to allow or disallow servicemembers to vote, to send them ballots, or to count their votes, is handled out of Springfiled, not Chicago. But then again, presenting FALSE and BASELESS claims of fraud in Chicago .. don’t let the facts get in your way.. just keep lying.

    Wow.

  5. One, you don’t like facing the fact that you don’t know that vote fraud is rare

It’s not a fact, it’s an assertion. I’m perfectly fine facing an assertion.

If vote fraud is more rare than getting struck by lightning

    Assertion without evidence.

, do you think it’s worth disenfranchising 10% of the electorate to avoid it?

Red herring. There is no proposal to “disenfranchise” 10% of the electorate. The only proposal is to affirm the francise of 100% of legitimate voters.

But I’m glad to see that you’ve at least admitted you are comfortable with a level of “limited” voter fraud.

Or, you are reflexively trying to get ahead of what you do know – namely that this meme’ of voter fraud is the only real fraud,

What I “do know?” You’re not improving as a clairvoyant.

Mark Ritchie worked hard to ensure soldiers got the chance to vote in the past election

Well, if “working hard” means less than 30% of servicepeoples votes get counted – much much much worse than on Mary Kiffmeyer’s watch – then his “hard work” would seem to be ineffective.

  6. “By the way, Mark Ritchie worked hard to ensure soldiers got the chance to vote in the past election, working with the DOD, sometimes without the help of TPaw, and with the gratitude of the DOD.”

Where is YOUR proof? Or are you only trying to get ahead of what you do know – namely that he really did screw our military members royally? Ritchie’s overall record in the least, is suspect, at the most, it’s fraudulent. He stymied every effort to investigate fraudulent votes and allowed all of those “lost” votes to stand. Of course, with liberats in control of our state and country, there is no chance for fairness in voting. Sorry, but Dan Severson, a honorable veteran, has far more credibility than lying, draft dodging weasels like you and Ritchie.

BTW yourself, Springfield may be the capitol of IL, but it is well known, even in IL that the corruption eminates from Chicago! It’s been proven time and again. Hell, even your liberal buddies in the enteratinment industry perpetutate those facts! So, before you type your ill informed tripe, try to get a clue as to what you are talking about! Sheesh!

  7. JPMN, do you have any proof that IL is allowing felons to vote?

Peev, I didn’t even say they were doing anything illegal. I thought it was very odd that the board of elections would go through the extraordinary step of hand delivering ballots to those incarcerated while not going though the extremely ordinary step of mailing a ballot to an IL resident serving our nation overseas.

“BTW, JPMN, the governmental seat for Illinois is in Springfield, not Chicago, and any choice to allow or disallow servicemembers to vote, to send them ballots, or to count their votes, is handled out of Springfiled, not Chicago.”

Actually Peev, once again you have it 100% wrong. 35 counties in IL have broken Federal law in getting ballots delivered to those overseas. The State (Springfield if you wish) may be complicit in not enforcing the law but, it is the counties that have broken the law. Also the Chicago board of elections is the entity hand delivering ballots to inmates (hopefully only those inmates who actually reside in Chicago).

Peev, you completely misunderstood my assertion. I merely find it odd that a political entity finds it more important to make sure that those incarcerated have a much greater opportunity to vote than those who are serving our nation. Could it be demographics? Nah couldn’t be.
