{"id":89235,"date":"2025-02-10T02:32:00","date_gmt":"2025-02-10T08:32:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.shotinthedark.info\/wp\/?p=89235"},"modified":"2025-02-10T06:14:57","modified_gmt":"2025-02-10T12:14:57","slug":"the-art-of-the-deal-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.shotinthedark.info\/wp\/?p=89235","title":{"rendered":"The Art Of The Deal"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Joe Doakes formerly of Como Park emails:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>The President issues Executive Orders which&nbsp;apply to the whole nation.&nbsp; Opponents shop around for a sympathetic judge&nbsp;to block the orders.A federal judge for the District of Massachusetts&nbsp;blocked the federal employee buy-out offer at the request of employee unions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A federal judge for the Western District of Washington blocked the Executive Order against birthright citizenship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One&nbsp;federal judge for the District of Columbia has blocked the DOGE team from scrutinizing Treasury Department payments, and a different one in that district has blocked release of the names of FBI agents assigned to the J6 investigation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And that&#8217;s just in the last two weeks.&nbsp; The Trump administration faced 22 nation-wide injunctions in his first term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How can we have a nation of fair and impartial equal justice under the law, if judges in random jurisdictions can overturn the law of the whole land at whim?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Justice Thomas criticized the practice of nation-wide injunctions in Trump v.
