Since when?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MITCH:  Since never. Don&#8217;t usually care. But I DO care about having fun, and being in a place where one of the teams is doing well is kinda a blast, even if you don&#8217;t care that much about the sport. See also the NDSU Bison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CRITIC:  But you haven&#8217;t been a loyal Timberwolves fan!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MITCH:  Yep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CRITIC:  That makes you a fair weather fan!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MITCH:  Dang skippy it does. Why waste time on losers?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CRITIC:  But you&#8217;re a Bears fan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MITCH:  Yep. And they&#8217;re going to the Super Bowl this year. Or next, if that doesn&#8217;t work out. The weather is *always* fair, here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CRITIC:  But doesn&#8217;t this violate <a href=\"http:\/\/www.shotinthedark.info\/wp\/?page_id=70350\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"70350\">Berg&#8217;s Fourth Law<\/a>? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MITCH:  Close.  But here&#8217;s the statutory technicality:  I&#8217;m not saying &#8220;they&#8217;re gonna <em>win<\/em>!&#8221;.   I&#8217;m being hopeful but pessimistic.  So we&#8217;re good.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CRITIC:  That don&#8217;t make no sense<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MITCH:  Shut up cheer.
