The Sentencing Guidelines Commission has issued a report on how gun crime is dealt with in Minnesota. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
It’s pretty putrid:<\/p>\n\n\n\n OF 958 convictions for gun crimes in MInnesota for a year ending last June, 413 had their mandatory minimum sentenes waived. <\/p>\n\n\n\n That was for the entire state.
