BERG:\u00a0 So you’re pro-choice?\u00a0<\/p>\n

ROSTON:\u00a0 Of course.\u00a0 Abortion is a human right,\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n

BERG:  Let’;s define “human”. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

ROSTON: That’s kind of absurd. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

BERG:  Possible. Let’s see. So I have a question for you. When your mother was pregnant with and delivering you, at what point was it no longer acceptable for her to “terminate” you? Please be specific. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

ROSTON:  Well, that was her choice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

BERG:  Right, Understood. So at what point in the pregnancy was it no longer her choice . <\/p>\n\n\n\n

ROSTON:  Whenever she said. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

BERG:  So could she terminate you now\/<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ROSTON:  Of course not. That’s absurd. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

BERG:  Why?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ROSTON: Because I’m a human. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

BERG:  Sure. So when did you become a human?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ROSTON:  When I was born. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

BERG:  So two minutes after you were born, you were a human?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ROSTON:  Yes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BERG:  And thirty seconds before you were born, when you were the exact same person you were ninety seconds later, but not quite out of your mother yet – was your life worth defending? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

ROSTON:  That was up to my mother. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

BERG:  So the only thing that changed about the moral value of your life in that ninety seconds was you emerging from your mother? It was entirely <\/em>your mother’s call?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ROSTON: Sure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

BERG:  So could she still “terminate” you? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

ROSTON:  Don’t be absurd!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BERG:  Why can’t she?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ROSTON:\u00a0\u00a0You can’t murder a human. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

BERG:\u00a0\u00a0So thirty seconds before you were born, you weren’t human?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ROSTON:\u00a0\u00a0Nope. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

BERG:\u00a0\u00a0And a minute later you were. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

ROSTON: Yes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

BERG:\u00a0\u00a0With the only difference being your mother’s choice?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ROSTON:\u00a0\u00a0Yes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

BERG:\u00a0\u00a0And no other reason she couldn’t terminate you today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ROSTON:\u00a0\u00a0You’re clearly a racist. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

BERG:\u00a0\u00a0Clearly. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
