He was assisted by a black man and a latino fellow &#8211; all good samaritans, all men doing the right thing, all examples of what masculinity is supposed to be in the face of danger.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But Penny is being charged by Manhattan DA Lavrentii Beria.
