Whatever growth is happening is among  the class that consumes government revenue &#8211; in particular, the non-profit industrial complex and its clients. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Former Crystal city councilman and slap target <em>emeritus <\/em>Jeff Kolb responds, as usual, economically and precisely:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">What\u2019s extra funny about this is how the Met Council makes these population growth \u201cprojections\u201d and then sets \u201cgoals\u201d for cities to meet relative to growth.
