As predicted by yours truly, it turns the entire “surplus” [1] into permanent spending, giving a pittance back to those earning less than $75,000 – in other words, the ones that didn’t pay the taxes – and calls the payments “Walz Checks”. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I’m a little amazed they’re not called “Walz\/Flanagan Checks”. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
