An armed robber f**ked around, and he found out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Warning: not for the faint of heart. Somebody dies in this video.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\nhttps:\/\/twitter.com\/phillycrimeupd\/status\/1611812502249115649?s=46&#038;t=b-J51WZVHyzBdfPL4I4J9w\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Remember; to claim self-defense (and win a trial, if it comes to that), you have to show five things:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You are innocent (or not the aggressor)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> You reasonably fear, death are great bodily  harm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That threat is immediate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>you use only the force needed to end that threat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s Texas, so there is no duty to retreat <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My two cents worth:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The first four shots are perfectly good<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shots five through eight might be explainable, by a decent lawyer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shot number nine? Looks like an execution. AYou\u2019re going to need a very good lawyer indeed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leaving the scene afterwards? Could be problematic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This show \u2013 two self defense lawyers discussing the case &#8211; is two of the better hours. I\u2019ve seen on the subject.
