The suspect then shot into the mall, killing three people and injuring two more. <\/p><p>GPD also confirmed Sunday tha<strong>t the shooter was shot and killed by a Good Samaritan who was armed with a handgun.<\/strong> The man who shot the suspect, identified as a 22-year-old from Bartholomew County, had a legal gun permit and is fully cooperating with police. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019m pretty sure Indiana is a constitutional carry state with no \u201clegal gun permit\u201d needed  &#8211; but why quibble?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is how mass spree shootings get stopped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>UPDATE:  Aaaah, social media.
