Although there&#8217;s that.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s not the fact that the standard of evidence to seize the guns (&#8220;clear and convincing evidence&#8221;) is vastly lower than the standard &#8220;Randy&#8221; must meet to get his property back (&#8220;preponderance of evidence&#8221;).
